C U S T O M W O R K
I'm always happy to customize pieces many can be altered to suit your needs.
My sterling silver chain, clasps, ear wires, metal sheet and casting grain I use are from ethical sources and Made in the USA.
Our sterling silver jump rings are now made of recycled sterling silver!
If you'd prefer a different length chain just let me know, I am also happy to make it a different length. (* Note: sale items are sold AS IS for longer chains or adjustments there will be an added fee)
Please note that due to the fact that these are handmade items, they can vary slightly from the original picture.

METALS:
NOTE: My Recycled aluminum/ other recycled metals vary in thickness due to what is available at the time I visit the recycling center. However, none are as thin as a soda can or can be bent or crushed with normal wear. The aluminum that I use is more like what you would find around your doors and windows, so it is very durable. The thickness usually range is between 16 gauge -20 gauge.
My sterling silver sheet is 20-26 gauge. If you would like a thicker gauge of sterling on your custom item please let me know! NOTE: There is a price increase for thicker sterling silver sheet.
Our sterling silver sheet metal, casting grain, and jump rings are now made of recycled sterling silver! Yay!
RECYCLED METALS: Your jewelry item is recyclable! Your sterling silver chain, clasp, pendant,or earrings can be sold to a Gold & Silver Exchange in your area to be recycled. You can find these locations that buy Gold & Silver to be recycled in your local phone book. The Sterling silver will be melted,refined and then it will be recycled into a new piece of jewelry!
As for recycling my recycled aluminum pendants etc. you can either ship them back to me or they can simply be recycled along with your household aluminum cans.

WIND POWERED:
The jewelry studio is powered by 100% wind energy! What that means is all the electrical energy that powers the lights and the jewelry equipment that I use to make each piece of jewelry is from a renewable and non-polluting source! Yay!

RETURNS:
ALL MY WORK IS GUARANTEED! I allow 10 days from the time you receive your package to return the item. I can either replace the piece with another one or give a full refund! Email me first to decide which you want to do! Note: On one of a kind items you can only get a refund.

Please let me know if your order is a gift, I can send you a handmade card for the occasion: holiday, birthday etc. and put piece in a 100% Post Consumer Recycled paper gift box with a paper raffia ribbon bow!
Packaging:
Your jewelry item will come in a biodegradable baggie you can reuse! This helps to keep your jewelry from getting tangled and from tarnishing when not wearing. If you do throw the baggie out that is no problem, as it is made of biodegradable plastic and it will biodegrade in matter of months instead of years and years! It can also be recycled with your regular plastic recycling!
The gift boxes and also my business cards are out of 100% recycled paper! yay!

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 pm. We are closed weekends and major Holidays.
S H I P P I N G:
Most orders are shipped out in 5-7 business days (Mon-Friday) these include designs that are in the animal friendly and eco friendly sections of shop - I usually make these as you place the order to allow for customization ( different chain length, words etc.). Some designs may take longer but will be marked with the length of time it will take approx. before shipping. Other designs which are One of a Kind are usually shipped within 3 business days of payment. Your custom orders that you place from scratch meaning a new idea that we work on together, and that I have to create usually takes 10-15 business days(Mon-Friday) to be shipped out.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS IS CORRECT! If you know it is different please let me know so I can edit your shipping label before I print it and ship your items to the incorrect address.
I ship individual items USPS First Class with delivery confirmation ($2.50) If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority for an additional charge please let me know. If you order two or more items in one order your order will be automatically shipped USPS Priority. ($5.00) (USA orders only!) If I receive delivery confirmation to an address that is listed as your address on Paypal then I consider the item delivered and reserve the right to not refund or reship new merchandise. If you would like insurance, please request it, I can also ship USPS overnight for an added charge. Orders done by e check through Paypal will take 3-5 business days to clear so it will take a little longer to reach you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK, Most of my orders go through customs and overseas travel with no problems, but because it is completely out of my hands once I ship, I cannot be responsible for lost items. I ship USPS International First Class (also called airmail) this does not included tracking # or insurance. Upgraded global priority or Express Mail international which does have tracking # & insurance is also available for an additional charge. Just let me know if you would like to upgrade your shipping and I can send you an invoice for the added fees via Paypal. Overseas shipping can take several weeks to reach you!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND REPAIRS
When you order a piece of jewelry I always
enclose a list of Care instructions PLEASE READ these. They are located on the back of the card/ business cards included with your jewelry purchase. Since I
use some different, non traditional materials it is best to read the
directions before wearing. If a piece breaks under normal wearing
conditions I will gladly repair it. Also be sure to check out the FAQ page for tips on keeping sterling and copper items cleaned. ----------------------------------------
