  On a recent mini road trip to Austin my hubby and I were pleased to find a ton of Vegan Food Carts had cropped up...well,um... like over night! There were so many we are going to have to go back to check out the others! yay! Luckily it is only a hop, skip, and a jump away! Anyway the locals (our friends) said the addition of the Austin food carts was due to the crazy economy and the carts were just a much more affordable option for small family owned businesses. |
